Since i have so much flour left baking the Swiss Roll the past days,should bake Mummy Birthday cake this year :)

It been a year plus since i bake a cake! Can't remember the step clearly even with my personal scribble note! End up bake total of 6 fail sponge cake before i finally understand what is the scribble note i wrote!
